Tatiana Alida

We’re looking for a creative, highly visual Social Media & Content Lead to take ownership of Tatiana Alida’s social presence.

This is more than a traditional social media management role. We want someone who can understand the world of Tatiana Alida — art, ceramics, interiors, humour and personality — and turn it into exciting, distinctive content that builds the brand, grows our audience and drives sales.

The Role

  • Plan and lead one monthly filming/content day with Tatiana, creating a bank of content for the month ahead.
  • Take raw footage from the studio and everyday moments and turn it into engaging Reels, Stories and posts.
  • Create a clear monthly content calendar and edit, plan and schedule everything.
  • Build excitement around our monthly product drops, creating a story from early teasers and behind-the-scenes through to launch.
  • Develop recurring content series that audiences begin to recognise and follow.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas designed to increase reach and create viral moments, while keeping everything true to the brand.
  • Keep on top of Instagram and TikTok trends and identify the ones that genuinely fit our world.
  • Review performance each month and use the results to continually improve the content strategy.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is creative, proactive, organised and socially native, with a brilliant visual eye and a strong understanding of short-form storytelling.

Ideally you'll have experience working with a creative, lifestyle or founder-led brand, be confident filming and editing Reels/TikToks, and understand how to balance beautiful brand storytelling with content designed for growth and sales.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take ownership — bringing ideas to us rather than waiting to be told what to post — and help turn Tatiana Alida into a distinctive and exciting world people want to follow.
