Orders and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Prints are dispatched within 1–4 working days. Ceramics are made to order and dispatched within 1–10 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive in 1–2 days, and US and international orders in 5–15 days.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £5.50, and free on orders over £75. US delivery is a flat £20, and free on orders over £150. Other countries are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for the details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes: to the United States, Ireland, Europe, the Channel Islands, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and more. Outside the UK, local customs duties and taxes may apply.

Prints

What sizes are your prints?

Our prints come in A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) and A5 (14.8 × 21 cm), so they fit standard frames. Frames are not included. Each product page shows which sizes that design comes in.

What are they printed on?

Every print is printed on Tintoretto Gesso 250gsm paper, a beautiful textured art paper. The colour softly blurs to the paper's edge, so no harsh white line shows when it's framed.

Are prints signed?

Most of our prints are hand signed by Tatiana. The Birdies, The Perfect Weekend and the Young Hearts collections are not signed.

Ceramics

Are your ceramics handmade?

Yes. Every piece is hand-painted and glazed in our Berkshire studio, so no two are exactly alike. Small variations in brushstrokes and glaze are part of the charm.

How do I look after my ceramics?

Please hand wash all our ceramics. Some pieces are decorative only; each product page says how it can be used.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Original artworks and stationery can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please email us first to arrange the return.

Prints, ceramics and personalised pieces are made to order, so we can't accept returns on these unless they arrive damaged. Read our full returns policy.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry. Please take photos of the parcel and the item and email info@tatianaalidadesign.co.uk straight away. We'll put it right at no cost to you.

Payment

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, so you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
