Shipping policy

UK

UK standard delivery is £5.50, and free on orders of £75 and over. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days once your order is dispatched.

United States

US delivery is a flat £20, and free on orders of £150 and over. Delivery usually takes 5–15 days once dispatched. Since August 2025, parcels sent from the UK to the US are subject to US import tariffs. Any duties due will be shown before you pay wherever we can calculate them; otherwise they may be collected by the courier on delivery.

Rest of the world

Delivery rates are shown at checkout, and delivery usually takes 5–15 days once dispatched. Taxes and duties are not included in our shipping prices, and you may be asked to pay a fee when your parcel arrives in your country. For European countries, customs fees can be 20–30% of the order value.

If a parcel is refused, or customs notifications are not answered and the parcel is returned to us, we can refund the items but not the shipping fee.

Dispatch times

Prints are dispatched within 1–4 working days. Ceramics are made to order and dispatched within 1–10 working days.
