ONLINE ORDERS

Payment in full by credit card, debit card or another accepted payment method is required before items are dispatched.

Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

Goods supplied by Tatiana Alida remain the property of Tatiana Alida until payment has been received in full.

COMMISSIONS & ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Commissioned and bespoke artworks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once work has commenced.

Commissioned pieces are created specifically for the customer and may include personalised or bespoke elements. Please ensure that all information, specifications and reference material supplied to us are correct before work begins.

Due to the unique nature and value of our original artworks, we ask customers to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions regarding the artwork, dimensions, colours or finish.

Where applicable, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or where you otherwise have a statutory right to cancel.

DELIVERY, TRACKING & MISSED DELIVERIES

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where this is available. We are always happy to assist with tracking enquiries and to contact the relevant courier where necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Where a courier has made one or more delivery attempts and/or has provided the customer with an opportunity to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel, it is the customer's responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to receive their order.

If a parcel is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to respond to courier notifications, we are unable to automatically issue a refund on this basis.

Once the parcel has been safely returned to us, we will be happy to arrange for it to be sent again. Additional postage and/or courier charges may apply to redelivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an order is lost or damaged in transit before delivery to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Taxes, customs charges, import duties and other fees are not included in our shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges imposed when an order enters the destination country.

For some European destinations, customs and import charges may be significant, so please bear this in mind before placing your order.

If you choose to reject a parcel because of customs or import charges and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, the original shipping charge will not be refundable. Any refund due for the goods will be processed once the parcel has been safely returned to us and inspected, subject to these Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights.

If you fail to respond to customs or courier notifications and your parcel is returned to us, the original shipping fee will not be refundable. We may also offer to resend the order once it has been returned to us, subject to payment of any additional shipping charges.

PRICES

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tatiana Alida and availability of the goods.

Orders will be charged at the prices displayed on our website at the time the order is placed.

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

For customers purchasing outside the UK, currency conversion rates and charges applied by your bank, card provider or payment provider may affect the final amount charged to you.

PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal.

QUALITY & COLOUR

All goods sold by Tatiana Alida are produced and supplied in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.

Many of our products are handmade, hand-finished or individually produced. Small variations between pieces are therefore part of their character and should not necessarily be considered faults.

Colours may also vary slightly from those displayed on screen due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

If colour, finish, dimensions or another characteristic of an artwork is particularly important to you, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to provide further information.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage or alteration caused by further processing, modification or repackaging of an item by the customer after delivery.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

Once an order has entered processing or production, we may be unable to make changes to it.

For standard, non-bespoke products, your statutory cancellation and return rights will continue to apply where applicable.

Commissioned, made-to-order, bespoke or clearly personalised products cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind once production has begun.

Please see our Returns Policy for further information about returns and refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise non-conforming goods.

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example:

• we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order;

• we are unable to fulfil a commissioned or bespoke order;

• an item has been listed at an incorrect price due to an error; or

• circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any amount you have paid for the cancelled order to your original payment method as soon as reasonably possible.

Any errors relating to invoices, receipts or payments will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible.
